SUGGESTED GUIDELINES FOR COOPERATION WITH THE PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY / PUBLIC INFORMATION COMMITTEE SERVICE POSITION:

-Suggested one year of sobriety.
-One year term with two year option.
-Become familiar with the C.P.C./P.I. workbooks and incorporate ideas in your work.
-Get a Service Sponsor to help with any questions.
-Hold regular monthly meetings of all C.P.C./P.I. group representatives to co-ordinate work throughout District.
-Hold workshops so as to inform others how to do C.P.C./P.I. work or how to get involved.
-Make Presentations to the Professional Community.
-Attend Group meetings when asked.
-Co-ordinate films for distribution throughout District.
-Make Visual aids available at all workshops and upon request.
-Become familiar with the Service Manual and Traditions.
-*If three consecutive unexcused District meetings are missed your position will be filled by someone else.
-Have a Service Sponsor.

All materials are to be turned into current D.C.M. when Committee Chair rotates or resign early.
